  • Stock availability may vary

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We accept the following payment modes:

  • PayNow

  • Credit/Debit Cards (if enabled)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash on Delivery 

Full payment must be made before orders are processed.


4. Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only when:

  • Payment is received

  • You receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders due to:

  • Stock shortages

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Suspicious/invalid transactions

  • Delivery address issues

Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.


5. Delivery

Orders are delivered within Singapore only.
Delivery details follow our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather

  • Unreachable recipients

  • Incorrect addresses


6. Frozen Goods Disclaimer

You agree that:

  • Frozen foods must be stored immediately upon receipt

  • Items delivered thawed due to normal transport conditions are not refundable

  • Buyer must check the condition of the goods immediately upon delivery

Quality concerns must be reported within 12 hours with photo/video proof.


7. Customer Accounts

If you register an account:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure

  • You must notify us of unauthorized access

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to disable accounts violating Terms.


8. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information for:

  • Delivery

  • Payment

  • Contact details

Failure to do so may result in delayed or failed deliveries.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including:

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Text

  • Product listings

  • Layouts

Are owned by FJJ & Enterprise Pte Ltd and with consent to post and published on our online shop and website by our partners, distributors and sellers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damages arising from improper food storage

  • Losses caused by third-party couriers

  • Misuse of products

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for your order.
