SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

EzyOnline Shop delivers frozen goods and grocery items across Singapore.


1. Delivery Areas

✔ Islandwide delivery within Singapore
✘ No delivery to restricted zones (military camps, airports, etc.)


2. Delivery Fees

Example structure (customize as needed):

  • $5.00 flat fee (standard delivery)

  • Free delivery for orders above $80

  • Express delivery (if available & upon request): $10–$15

  • Customer book and pay self arranged delivery transport.

3. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries typically occur:

  • Monday to Saturday

  • Within 1–3 days after payment confirmation

  • Pre-arranged delivery time slots (optional)

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather

  • Stock availability

  • Peak seasons

  • Recipient not available


4. Failed Deliveries

A redelivery fee may apply if:

  • No one is available to receive the items

  • Incorrect address was provided

  • Recipient cannot be contacted

Frozen items cannot be returned or refunded after failed delivery.


5. Handling of Frozen Goods

Products are transported in chilled/frozen conditions.
However:

  • Slight thawing may occur

  • Customer must store items in freezer immediately upon receipt


6. Acceptance of Delivery

Please check:

  • Item condition

  • Item quantity

  • Packaging damage

Any issue must be reported within 12 hours with photo proof.
