REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At EzyOnline Shop, we aim to provide high-quality frozen goods, seafood, and grocery items. Due to the nature of our products (perishable & frozen), refunds and returns are limited.

1. No Return Policy for Frozen Goods

Due to food safety standards, we do not accept returns of frozen or perishable products once delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

✔ Item received is spoiled or unsafe

Must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos
  • Batch details (if applicable)

✔ Wrong item delivered

Refund or replacement will be arranged.

✔ Missing items

Refund of missing item value or delivery of missing item.

✔ Out-of-stock items

Refund will be processed automatically.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do NOT provide refunds for:

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Items thawed due to normal delivery transport conditions
  • Failed delivery due to wrong address or uncontactable recipient
  • Dissatisfaction without valid product issue

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • PayNow
  • Bank Transfer
  • Same payment mode (if applicable)

Processing time: 3–5 business days
